It was a Friday 3rd of June Morning at 11 am. As I entered the main hall of a reputed group of a school and I could see more than 200+ smiling faces waiting to listen to me. The smiling faces were of Teachers who were back to offline mode and the start of my session was with "Respect". The amount of effort taken by teachers to teach students in school and adapt to maintain the standards of the school is enormous. The topic was "Accepting Change" No matter whichever profession you are in, if you are making an impact with people around you will find Respect from others. Respect first to Gain Respect.
