Sharing of Goals! Sharing is the medium between where you are and what you want to be. How many of us believe in ourselves and our work? And if we believe in ourselves, Why don't we share with others what we want to be? The biggest challenge we don't visualise what we will be after achieving what we can And if we can visualise we can celebrate those moments with others. So why is sharing needed to be done? When you share with others the celebration moment they will see to it that they achieve faster and they are remembered your end Goal. It's easier to set a Goal, not easy to achieve a Goal and being a Solo thinker this becomes impossible to achieve. Whereas sharing in the team, achievement of Goal is easier and celebration with others drives you to go for a better Goals.
