A week ago... Why do People don't buy in the first instance? Continuing with the series of the first secret which was "SMILE" The second one is Approach them and Greet them in a Great way. Greeting them as Happy Morning, Happy Afternoon, Happy Evening I am Bharat Jethani, How Can I Help You? These five magical words - "How can I help you" assures the customer and they understand " I am here for you " This gives them a relief that someone is going to listen what they want it. With this, you show hope, solution, a great listener which is the way customer needs to see when they buy from a particular business. Remember any of the instances where you went into the shop and the person smile let you decide to shop immediately without any resistance.
